1. Product Overview:

This testing device is designed and manufactured according to ISO16047-2005 "Fasteners-Torque/Clamp Force Testing" and GB/T50205-2020 "Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" requirements. It can test the axial force, torque, torque coefficient of high-strength bolt assemblies with large hexagon heads (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30), as well as the preload force of torsional shear type high-strength bolt assemblies (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) (this test requires a specially equipped torsional shear wrench). The results can be displayed and printed. After the test begins, it automatically loads; when the axial force reaches the standard specified value, it automatically unloads, and the device automatically records the test data. The tester also calculates and displays the torque coefficient based on the measured axial force and torque. After completing a set of tests, the tester automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for N test samples.
