Electronic Extensometer
This series of electronic extensometers are resistance strain extensometers, which are used to measure the linear deformation between two points after the sample or component is stressed.

Applications of Displacement Sensor

Installation Steps of Displacement Sensor
Selecting the Installation Site
Choose a location for the sensor that is as close as possible to the measurement point. Ensure the site is free from potential physical or chemical hazards such as excessive vibration, corrosion, high temperatures, or strong electromagnetic interference.
Preparing the Mounting Bracket
Based on the installation site and measurement requirements, prepare a suitable mounting bracket. The bracket should be rigid and stable enough to maintain the sensor's accuracy.
Installing the Sensor
Secure the sensor to the bracket and attach the cable to the structure being measured. When fixing the cable, pay attention to its length and tension to ensure proper sensor operation.
Connecting the Circuit
Connect the sensor's cable to the data acquisition device or control system. Ensure the connection is stable and reliable, and pay attention to the cable's length and routing to guarantee consistent and accurate signal transmission.
Debugging and Calibration
After installation and connection, debug and calibrate the sensor. Start by manually pulling the cable to verify the sensor's functionality and check if the output signal is correct.
