The detector is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T16823.3 Fastener Torque Clamping Force Test, European Standard EN14399.2C, ISO16047, GB/T32076.2, JGJ 82 Technical Specification for High Strength Bolt Connection of Steel Structures, NB/T31082, GB/T1231, GB/T 50205 Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures and JB/T 9370 Technical Conditions for Torsion Testing Machines. It can detect the tightening axial force, tightening torque, torque coefficient, tightening angle, and total friction coefficient of the large hexagon high-strength bolt connection pair (M33-MM64). If one of the end face friction coefficient or thread friction coefficient is predicted, the system can also automatically calculate another friction coefficient. After a group of tests are completed, the tester automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, average friction coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N test pieces, displays and prints them. This equipment is mainly used for testing large steel structures and large wind power bolts.
This machine is accurate in testing, powerful in function, convenient in operation, stable and reliable. It is widely used in universities, research institutes, testing institutions, aerospace, military, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, transportation construction, construction materials and other industries. The process qualification performance verification test of materials or products can be conducted.

2. Technological innovation
The new generation - 2022 tester is a new high-strength bolt tester developed by our company according to the development trend of testing machine and market demand. In terms of product development and development, we have carried out the following product upgrades and product innovations:
● New external independent controller - the addition of independent external manual control unit provides a new solution for the measurement, control and operation of the testing machine. RS232 data transmission fully supports notebook computers, tablet computers and desktop computers; It is an important part of leading the development of testing machine technology;
● Equipment operation monitoring system --- with phase sequence, phase loss self inspection indication function, electrical overcurrent, overload and other protection functions, so that the equipment can operate safely and reliably;
● Sample clamping assembly --- the manual pushing and pulling adjustment is changed to servo motor electric debugging, which is more convenient to operate and greatly reduces the labor intensity;
● Power part ------ The cycloidal reducer is changed into a planetary gear reducer, which increases transmission efficiency, reduces energy consumption and reduces noise.
● Axial force testing system - front mounted axial force sensor directly detects the axial force value. This structure avoids the influence of such factors as fixture friction on the axial force value and is more accurate than the rear mounted axial force sensor in the world.
● Safety shield --- a full range of cold-rolled steel punched safety shield to prevent foreign matters from flying out during the test, which is convenient for operators to observe in real time while improving the protection level, and effectively guarantees the personal safety of testers.
General introduction
The detector is mainly composed of host, measurement and control system, computer data processing system, test result output, etc.
(1) Host part
The host part consists of test platform, power output assembly, sample clamping assembly, test fixture and sheet metal protection assembly.
Test platform: it is welded by 45 # steel plate, stress is removed by aging, and is precisely processed by the machining center, thus laying a solid foundation for equipment accuracy
Power output assembly: the servo motor drives the planetary gear reducer to output power, which is stable and powerful, and the speed is controllable, ensuring that the test does not receive other external forces, thus ensuring the test accuracy
Sample clamping assembly: it is welded by 45 # steel plate, stress is removed through aging, and the machining center is precision machined to lengthen the body, thus ensuring the universality of the sample length. The tooling is self centered, without considering the error caused by the test clamping. The length of the sample is electrically adjusted, and the base movement is electrically controlled.
Test fixture: It is forged from special materials and processed by precision machine tools. The final quenching improves the strength, and the surface is blackened and rustproof, greatly improving the service life of the fixture.
Sheet metal protection assembly: through cold plate bending and surface spraying rust prevention treatment, personal safety is guaranteed and the equipment is more beautiful.
Measurement and control part
The external independent controller is a special controller for a new generation of static testing machine, which has been developed by our company for many years. It integrates measurement, control and transmission functions, highly integrates signal acquisition, signal amplification, data transmission and servo drive units, and adds external manual control units to provide a new solution for measurement, control and operation of the testing machine. USB data transmission fully supports notebook computers, tablet computers and desktop computers. It is an important part of leading the development of testing machine technology.
(3) Testing machine measurement and control software
The testing machine measurement and control software adopts DSP technology and neuron adaptive control algorithm to realize multiple closed-loop control modes such as constant rate test force, constant rate angle, constant rate strain, etc. The control mode can be arbitrarily combined and smoothly switched with network interface to realize data networking and remote control functions.
