Machine introduction

NKNZ-10 wire torsion testing machine is a new type of metal wire torsion testing machine with digital display which is mainly used for torsion tests of Ф0.1≤d≤Ф10.0. This model adopts a horizontal structure, uses an AC motor with a high-precision reducer, and the controller is an embedded system independently developed by the company. It has the features of high stability, large torque, high control accuracy, large stroke, and self-centering of sample clamping.

The wire torsion testing machine is mainly used to determine the ability of metal wires to withstand plastic deformation during simple or reverse torsion and to show the defects on the surface and inside of the wire. It provides a reliable measurement method for the units producing wire and using wire.

Simple torsion means that the sample rotates uniformly 360 degrees in one direction around its axis as a twist to a specified number of times or breaks. Revers torsion means that the sample rotates 360 degrees uniformly in one direction around its own axis as one torsion for a specified number of times, and then rotates in the opposite direction for the same number of times or the sample breaks.

Working Environment:

The working environment of the Machine should avoid vibration, smoke, and other hazards. It should be far away from magnetic fields, mining areas, frequent earthquake zones, etc., preferably located in a laboratory with air conditioning or constant temperature facilities and stable geology. The spot welding machine in the laboratory should be at least 20 meters away from the electrical cabinet, and the spot welding machine power supply should not be connected to the instrument power supply network. The working environment temperature requirement is 20℃~25℃, and the relative humidity is within the range of 30%~95% (no condensation). In principle, it should be below 1000 meters above sea level.

The transportation and storage environment of the equipment should avoid rain, moisture, inclination, rodents, uneven ground, etc., and ensure good ventilation. The temperature of the transportation and storage environment is within the range of -10℃ to +40℃, and the relative humidity is not greater than 80%. Long-term outdoor storage is prohibited. If temporary storage is required for various reasons, it should not only meet the above requirements but also check the storage conditions

The metal wire torsion testing machine is suitable for the People's Republic of China standard GB/T 239.1/2-2012 Metallic materials--Wire--Simple, Revers torsion test, and also applies to ISO 7800:2003 Metallic materials--Wire--Simple torsion test and ISO 9649: 1990 Metallic materials--Wire--Reverse torsion test.
