SC-W300 Computer Controlled Stress Relaxation Testing Machine

The SC-W300 Computer Controlled Metal Material Tensile Relaxation Testing Machine is primarily used for testing the tensile stress relaxation mechanical properties of metal materials (such as steel bars and steel wires) or metal products like fasteners at room temperature. The product meets the requirements of the GB/T 10120-2013 standard "Metallic Materials-Method of Test for Tensile Stress Relaxation" and the ASTM E328-2013 standard "Test Methods for Stress Relaxation for Materials and Structures" for conducting tensile stress relaxation tests on steel at room temperature.

 

The main machine features a horizontal structure, consisting of a reaction frame formed by a front rigid plate, a rear rigid plate, and four columns. Two additional U-shaped rigid plates are incorporated in the middle, enhancing the structural rigidity. This design ensures that the testing force aligns with the sample's axis, thereby eliminating issues like bending or twisting of the specimen. The power section is driven by a servo motor that transmits motion through a synchronous belt, which drives a cycloidal pinwheel reducer and a precision ball screw, resulting in smooth and noise-free test force application. The machine utilizes a high-precision spoke-type load sensor for force measurement, ensuring high accuracy and reliable testing results.

Control and Testing:

The equipment uses closed-loop control and program control for the testing process, allowing for seamless switching between various control modes. The computer automatically controls the testing process, including data acquisition, display, and storage (key parameters: test force, relaxation force, relaxation rate, or logarithmic relaxation rate). After the test is complete, the software can analyze and process the data, printing out the test curves and reports required by the user. The software can generate various test curves as required by the standards (e.g., residual test force or logarithmic residual force, relaxation force or logarithmic relaxation force, relaxation rate or logarithmic relaxation rate, temperature, etc., over time or logarithmic time).

User Interface and Data Handling:

The computer software is developed based on Windows 98/2000/XP/Win10 platforms, featuring a user-friendly interface. Test force and deformation are displayed using configurable instruments, making the data very prominent. It includes an embedded database for easy historical data tracing and networking requirements. Report templates simplify user operation, requiring only minimal training to master. The software is highly encapsulated, easy to operate, and fully functional. A standard test program allows the testing system to automatically apply 70% or 80% of the nominal maximum force to the steel strand within 3-5 minutes, maintain it for 1 minute, and then automatically start recording test data, stopping the test automatically after the set time. The correlation coefficient between the test curve and the theoretical fitted curve exceeds 99%, enabling the computer to extrapolate 1000-hour test results from data within 100 hours or conduct continuous 1000-hour tests, thus shortening the actual test time.
