1.1 Main Purpose: This testing instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with common national and industry standards for testing machines, such as GB/T 2611-2007 "General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines," JB/T 9370-2015 "Technical Conditions for Torsion Testing Machines," and JJG 139-2014 "Verification Regulation of Testing Machines." It is capable of testing the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of high-strength bolt connection assemblies with hex heads and double heads, displaying and printing the results. When the axial force reaches the standard value, the device emits a beep and records the peak value of the test data. After a 1-second pause, the device automatically reverses to release the sample. The device automatically calculates and displays the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque. After completing a set of tests, the device automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for the number of samples.
