This instrument is designed to measure and analyze the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of high-strength bolt connection assemblies, including hexagonal and double-head types, with data visualization and printing capabilities. When the axial force reaches the preset standard value, the system emits an audible alert and records the peak test data. Following a brief 1-second delay, it automatically reverses to release the sample. The equipment then calculates and displays the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque values. Upon completion of a full test set, the system automatically computes and presents the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation for the tested samples.
