Introduction:
JXPL mechanical leaf spring fatigue testing machine adopts eccentric wheel structure, combined with pneumatic clutch, flywheel energy storage, etc., to achieve large tonnage fatigue test, with simple structure, low energy consumption and other advantages. It is mainly used for leaf springs fatigue test.
Scheme description:
The machine is composed of main engine and strong electric control box.
1 Host
The host is mainly composed of frame, loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, fixture and other parts.
1.1 The frame of the main frame is made of steel plate welded as a whole, and then processed after aging treatment. The upper part of the main engine is a gear box with variable speed gears, which is used to further amplify the test force and meet the requirements of large tonnage tests.
1.2 The main drive system adopts two-stage deceleration drive: the first stage is belt drive, and the passive pulley also acts as an inertial energy storage wheel, which is integrally cast. Due to the use of flywheel and pneumatic clutch, the motor power is greatly reduced and energy consumption is saved.
In the first-stage transmission mechanism, a pneumatic clutch is installed to ensure that the motor starts under no-load state. The purpose is also to be able to complete the test of large tonnage without increasing the power of the motor. And it can disengage the transmission halfway for sample inspection.
The second stage is gear transmission. In the first-stage transmission mechanism, a pneumatic clutch is installed to ensure that the motor starts under no-load state. The whole machine adopts the structure of two-stage deceleration (the second stage is gear transmission).
There is a perfect lubrication system inside the gearbox to ensure that the gear bearings are fully lubricated during operation and prolong the service life.
1.3 The loading mechanism is mainly composed of a crank connecting rod mechanism, which converts the rotary motion of the motor into a linear reciprocating motion in the horizontal direction;
The amplitude adjustment device can achieve the test stroke required by the test piece by adjusting the eccentricity of the slider.
1.4 The main unit has a safety cover.
In order to ensure the safety of staff and other facilities, the motor, belt, energy storage wheel and working area of the testing machine are effectively shielded and wrapped.
1.5 The testing machine has the installation position of the fixtures. By installing different fixtures and sliding trolleys, various leaf springs can be tested.
1.6 Control system
The fatigue test of the high-power control system has the functions of counting setting, counting in-position shutdown, and frequency modulation, which are realized by the control cabinet.
