The computer-controlled horizontal tensile testing machine is suitable for tensile test and constant load stretching under rated test force, and can be used for tensile strength test of products or materials, such as wire rope, anchor chain, hook and loop, electric porcelain bottle, cable, optical cable, steel hinge wire, bar, rope and so on.
Performance Characteristics
1. The machine is controlled by computer, with automatic tracking measurement of force and displacement.
2. The loading rate can be set arbitrarily and the test force can be switched automatically.
3. Constant load stretching.
4. Load holding.
5. Equal rate control of displacement.
6. Equal rate control of test force.
7.Dynamic display of load, loading rate, displacement, time and test curve.
8. Curve form can be selected arbitrarily.
9. The machine can quickly and accurately realize the digital calibration of load and displacement, with overload protection function, full-load protection and position protection for each gear during the test.
10. Test data can be accessed arbitrarily, and the re-analysis of data and curves can be realized, including partial amplification and data re-editing.
11. The test conditions (sample environment, test) are programmable, and the mechanical properties of the material can be automatically calculated.
12. It can print out the complete test report and curve.
13. With homing function: automatically return to the initial position.
14. Test operation is with automatic operating system.
