Product introduction:
TPY-100 compression gas spring fatigue testing machine is a driving device powered by computer electro-hydraulic servo. The system adopts American MOOG electro-hydraulic servo control valve to control hydraulic servo cylinder, perform up and down movement, and repeatedly press the air spring. The loading load is 100KN, and the frequency of 3HZ and the half of the allowable compression value are used as the amplitude of repeated expansion and contraction. The testing machine system is controlled by computer. It can do dynamic test and static test, with stable performance and extremely low failure rate. The testing machine adopts the action cylinder of the hydraulic servo system, which is mainly used for the fatigue performance test of various automotive air spring products, and the fatigue test of 3 million times of the automotive suspension air spring.
