The scope of products

LAW-3000W computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine is a specially designed testing machine. The machine uses the company’s mature electro-hydraulic servo technology and it simultaneously realizes the relevant fatigue test function. It is mainly used to meet the relevant static and fatigue mechanical performance test requirements of the inclined tension cables.

This product is a testing machine independently developed by the company and has completely independent intellectual property rights. This series of testing machines adopts the company’s mature dynamic electro-hydraulic servo testing technology, and is designed and manufactured by means of unitized, standardized and modular design, thereby greatly improving the stability and reliability of the system. The product adopts computer control to coordinate multi-stage hydraulic loading, continuous loading and stability, multi-stage test force maintenance, automatic collection and storage of data, plotting of curves, automatic printing of test reports. The computer timely controls the test process, and displays test force and test curve. The operation is simple, reliable, and easy. And it adopts high-precision force sensor to measure force, high-precision displacement sensor to measure displacement, high-performance servo valve components, so that the performance of the whole machine is stable and reliable. It is an ideal test equipment for colleges and universities, scientific research units, testing institutions, etc.

The software system has the following functions:

It can realize the mixed control of force and displacement during the test.

It can carry out both static loading test and dynamic loading test.

During the static performance test, loading, holding and unloading can be carried out according to the load or displacement control mode. The loading speed, the number of times of holding the load, the holding time and the unloading speed can be arbitrarily set according to the test needs.

In the setting of fatigue test, the initial amplitude and initial frequency can be set arbitrarily. After reaching the predetermined number of cycles, the test will be automatically stopped and the total number of cycles will be recorded.
