HR-150A Manual Rockwell hardness tester

Product purpose:

HR-150A Rockwell hardness tester is designed according to the principle of Rockwell hardness test. It is suitable for testing occasions with high requirements for Rockwell hardness value control, and can also be used as an arbitration hardness tester in the metrology department of a mechanical factory with a group of working Rockwell hardness testers. Three kinds of Rockwell hardness tests of HRA, HRB and HRC can be carried out by changing the indenter and the load. It has the advantages of simple operation, stable indicating value and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in metal inspection, scientific research and production in computing, machinery manufacturing, metallurgy, construction and other industries.

Production standards:

This hardness tester is produced according to the Chinese standard GB2848～92 Technical Conditions of Rockwell Hardness Tester, and also implements GB/T230.2-2002 Metallic materials--Rockwell hardness test. Part 2:Verification and calibration of testing machines, European Standard BSEN10109 -96 Metallic Materials-Hardness Test-Rockwell Test, international standard Metal Materials-Rockwell Hardness Test-Inspection and Calibration of Hardness Tester.
