GW-40F Steel Bar Bending Testing Machine

The steel bar bending test machine GW-40F is produced after the technical improvement of the old GW-40A and GW-40B. It is used for cold bending test and plane reverse bending test of steel bars. Its main parameters conform to the relevant provisions in the latest standard of ISO 6935-2-2015“Steel for the reinforcement of concrete - Part 2: Ribbed bars”、GB/T1499.2-2018 Steel for the reinforcement of concrete. Part 2:Hot rolled ribbed bars and YB/T5126-2003 Steel bars for reinforcement of concrete--Bend and rebend tests. This equipment is an ideal one for steel mills and quality inspection agency to test the bending and reverse bending properties of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars.

This steel bar bending testing machine has the advantages of compact structure, large bearing capacity, stable operation, and low noise, the bending angle and setting angle displaying on the LCD touch screen, simple and intuitive operation, convenient maintenance and so on.

 

 

1. It is designed and produced in accordance with the latest standards of GB/T1499.2-2018 Steel for the reinforcement of concrete. Part 2:Hot rolled ribbed bars.

2. The unique axial tightening device for steel bars and longitudinal tightening device for steel plates avoids the phenomenon of longitudinal slippage of the specimen during the test. (This technology has been declared a Chinese new type patent).

3. The LCD touch screen operating system is adopted, and the old-fashioned key operation panel is eliminated, which is not only more convenient to operate, but also increases the service life of the operating system by 5-6 times.

4. The protective net is equipped with a freely retractable gas spring, which can make the protective net open at any angle of its stroke.

5. Foldable handwheel handle, more beautiful and practical.
