The testing machine can perform accurate and reliable experimental tests of compression and bending on different shapes and sizes of metallic materials, non-metallic materials and structural parts of building materials. The tester can complete the program control under the standard requirements of various test methods. The test software can work under Windows2000/XP operating system, display the test status and curve in real time, and can be reanalyzed after the test, automatically draw the report format and print the test report.

2 The main engine is a four-column structure.

2 The cooling system of the hydraulic system can effectively control the hydraulic oil working stability, and can ensure that the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the normal working condition of 24 hours a day is normal.

3 The cylinder adopts not steel fully enclosed structure type, fully guarantee the reliability of the cylinder seal, and it is simple and convenient to repair, maintain and operate during the subsequent use.

Control system

1 The controller has three closed-loop (force, deformation, displacement) control system, which can realize full digital three-closed-loop control of force, deformation and displacement, and each control loop can be switched automatically, and realize smooth transition without impact when switching between modes.

2 The load value, displacement value, deformation value, test speed and test curve can be displayed dynamically in real time during the test.

3 The controller has the characteristics of low noise, high anti-interference and high sampling frequency, of which the sampling frequency is not less than 100 times / s.

4 The controller is equipped with a hand control box, which can realize real-time synchronization with the software to control the lifting and lowering of the beam, and is easy to operate.

5 The control system can realize the automatic control of the experimental process by computer, and can be controlled manually by computer.

6 The measurement and control system needs to have such conventional functions as automatic zeroing, automatic calibration, smooth and continuous loading and unloading.

1 Equipped with a complete set of special tools (including Phillips, flat-blade screwdriver, Allen wrench, and mechanical hand) to meet the normal use requirements of the testing machine.
