PLD-250-100 Multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test system
Equipment introduction:
The test system adopts mature dynamic electro-hydraulic servo control and test technology, and is designed and manufactured by means of unitized, standardized and modular design, thus greatly improving the stability and reliability of the system. The key units and components of the system are manufactured using today’s international advanced technology.
The multi-channel electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test system is mainly used for testing of large reinforced concrete structures and steel structures such as building structural members, frames, beams, columns and nodes, testing of reinforced concrete prestressed members such as prestressed beams, columns and frames, and fatigue performance testing of railroad and vehicle components. The test system is mainly composed of multiple electro-hydraulic servo actuators, a constant pressure servo pump station, a set of multi-channel servo controllers, test software, pipelines and a set of loading frames. The test system is flexible in use. It can simultaneously perform coordinated loading tests of more than two channels of actuators, as well as single-channel loading tests. The auxiliary equipment can be configured according to the test needs to perform fatigue loading tests of various structural parts.
The multi-channel all-digital control system can simultaneously control four actuators to complete synchronous and asynchronous loading, and can control the coordinated loading of the four actuators for quality inspection; control mode: load, displacement, and different control modes can be switched without impact; The analog output interface with four-channel parameters can output load and displacement signals synchronously to data acquisition systems such as strain gauges.
The whole door frame structure is adopted, and the supports and loading points have various structural forms, which can simultaneously realize multi-point and multi-directional tension and pressure loading.

Control system and computer software system.
4.1 The main configuration of the controller consists of:
lAll-digital closed-loop control, can collect signals arbitrarily for all-digital PID control. Closed-loop control frequency up to 5kHz;
l Directly integrated servo valve drive unit (two or three levels of servo valve drive can be used);
l Built-in signal generator frequency range: 0.001-500Hz, frequency resolution: 0.001Hz;
l Control waveform: sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, ramp wave, sawtooth wave, random wave, free wave and can realize the combined output of various waveforms.
lControl mode: force, displacement, deformation PID closed-loop control, and can achieve smooth and undisturbed switching of any control mode;
