Overview of series products
PWS series electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal test system is one of the series of dynamic fatigue loading test system products developed by our company. This series of products has the characteristics of wide output force range, high control precision, convenient use and high reliability. This series of test systems are designed by absorbing the international advanced electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine technology in the process of research and development, combined with the actual use conditions of domestic users. Servo actuator, constant pressure servo oil source, loading frame and other key components are designed and manufactured by our company. Servo valves, sensors, seals and other key outsourcing parts are selected from international mainstream models, which greatly improves the stability and reliability of the system. The overall performance of the testing machine is comparable to the technical level of international advanced products.
The test system can not only perform dynamic high- and low-cycle fatigue tests, program-controlled fatigue tests, but also static tests under constant rate, constant strain, and constant stress control, and various conventional mechanical performance tests. Fracture mechanics tests can also be performed, and fatigue life, crack propagation, fracture toughness performance testing of materials or components in a broad range, safety evaluation of actual specimens, and working condition simulations can be performed. By replacing the attachments, fatigue and static mechanical performance tests of various structural parts, components and assemblies can also be carried out. Therefore, it has the incomparable advantages of any other type of testing machine, and is the most respected material testing equipment in the international fatigue mechanics research field.

The 900 control system adopts AMD520 interface processor and TI32-bit DSP control processor, and the software operating system is Win7.
Function generator frequency: 0.01~300Hz.
Control mode: displacement, load, strain three control modes, each control mode can be switched freely and smoothly.
Function generator waveform: sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, monotonic wave (ramp wave) and trapezoidal wave, etc.
Power supply: 220V, not higher than 2kW;
The conditioning unit has closed-loop control modes such as displacement, force, and deformation, and the control mode can be switched smoothly;
The typical value of static control accuracy is better than 0.5%FS, and the typical value of dynamic control accuracy is better than 1%FS;
Equipped with Chinese test software, test configuration files, test reports, calibration files, etc. with write protection;
Simple and elegant software interface, real-time display of test curves, such as time-displacement curve, time-load curve, displacement-load curve etc.
With test protection settings, load upper and lower limit protection, displacement upper and lower line protection can be set freely;
It automatically record test data, digital oscilloscope, digital voltmeter function.
