Primary use
The electro-hydraulic servo structure test loading system is a special test equipment, which is equipped with different fixtures according to different parts structures for testing. It is mainly used for dynamic and static mechanical performance tests of building components and parts, as well as various conventional mechanical performance tests.
Equipped with corresponding fixtures, static tensile, compression and bending tests can be performed to test the fatigue life of components.

III. Structural features and working principle
The electro-hydraulic servo structure test loading system is mainly composed of:
Main engine (including servo linear actuator), servo oil source, servo controller, computer data processing system and other parts.
Under the control of the servo controller, the electro-hydraulic servo-controlled actuator is used to load the specimen, the load sensor measures the test force value, the displacement sensor measures the displacement, and the measurement signal is fed back to the controller, which is compared with the command signal for correction. Make the feedback value match the command value as much as possible. Force control mode or displacement control mode can be selected to perform closed-loop control of the test process.
The working principles of the main components of the testing machine are described below:
3.1 Host framework:
The host is mainly composed of loading frame, beam, base, servo linear actuator, etc. Servo linear actuators are placed directly below the beam.
Servo linear servo actuators are the actuators of the testing machine. The servo actuator configured in this machine is a newly developed new generation servo actuator, which has the characteristics of low damping, high response and long service life.
The actuator is mainly composed of piston rod, cylinder liner, seal, front and rear cover, displacement sensor, high-precision dynamic load sensor, servo valve and other main components. The load sensor is installed on the front end of the piston rod through the fixed plate; the displacement sensor is built in the piston rod of the actuator to measure the displacement of the actuator in real time; the servo valve is externally mounted on the actuator to control the work of the actuator. The load cell, displacement sensor, servo valve and actuator placed on the actuator complete the closed-loop control movement.
lSpecial dynamic servo actuator suitable for dynamic and static test;
lThe surface of the piston rod is treated with a special process, and a special process is adopted for high-quality finish treatment, which is suitable for long-term dynamic tests;
lThe high-speed sealing element (German Trembold Servo Gree ring, Stem seal) is used to seal between the piston and the cylinder body, the piston rod and the end cover. And use high-speed wear-resistant support ring (German Trembold) to support, so that the actuator has high rigidity and strong anti direction finding ability;
lThe actuator has a built-in high-precision AMT displacement sensor, and an external internationally renowned German brand Rexroth electro-hydraulic servo valve and American Shiquan brand high-precision fatigue-resistant load cell, with two closed-loop control loops of force and displacement;
lThe force sensor is placed on the head of the piston rod, and the prestressing ring is installed and configured, which can fully ensure the safety and reliability of the connection during the dynamic test;
lA hydraulic buffer zone is designed at the limit position of the actuator amplitude to avoid damage caused by running out of control;
l Sensor:
ØForce sensor: American Shiquan brand, tension and compression bidirectional fatigue and sensor, 150% overload capacity, cooperate with control system, indication error ±1%; sensor calibration is completed before leaving the factory;
ØDisplacement sensor AMT product, magnetic hysteresis non-contact displacement sensor, effective range (maximum displacement) ±150mm, cooperate with control system, indication error: ±0.5%FS; sensor calibration is completed before leaving the factory.
3.2 Servo oil source:
The constant pressure servo oil source is the power source of the testing machine. The motor pump set is equipped with double elastic supports in series to further reduce oil source noise.
The oil source is designed and manufactured according to the same principle as the dynamic test oil source of the internationally renowned testing machine company. It has the function of low pressure start, and has functions such as prohibiting the start of hydraulic oil over temperature range, low oil level alarm, and oil filter blockage alarm. The oil source is composed of a bottom noise quantitative gear oil pump, a low-pressure starting hydraulic module, an in-line water cooler, and an electric control cabinet. The high and low pressure of the oil source have been adjusted before leaving the factory. Generally, users should not adjust it casually, so as not to damage the testing machine due to excessive pressure, or to affect the maximum test force of the testing machine if the pressure is too low.
lThe pump station is designed and manufactured according to the standard modularization, with mature technology and stable performance; it is equipped with a relay voltage stabilizer module, which is connected to the actuator.
lThe pump station is composed of oil pump, motor, high and low pressure switching valve group, accumulator, oil filter, oil tank, pipeline system and other parts;
lThe oil pump adopts the German Rexroth high-pressure intelligent variable piston pump, which intelligently adjusts the flow according to the test requirements, has no overflow, rarely generates heat, and has low noise, excellent durability and long life;
lUsing high and low pressure switching valve group to start and stop the hydraulic system.
lFully enclosed standard servo fuel tank, the fuel tank volume is not less than 200L; it has functions such as temperature measurement, air filtration, and oil level display;
3.3 Cooling system.
Because the servo oil source of the equipment intelligently adjusts the flow and pressure, there is no overflow and very little heat generation, so there is no need to configure a large outdoor water cooling tower, only a small indoor movable oil cooler can meet the test requirements and save a lot of money. It saves the floor space of the equipment and saves energy.

4.2 Software system.
The software system is a mainstream multi-channel dynamic test system. Because the software covers a wide range of test standards, flexible use, and convenient and fast data import and export, it is especially suitable for the use of various scientific research institutions. The main features are:
