Automatic Loading High Strength Bolt Tester

The Automatic type automatic loading high strength bolt tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of GB/T50205-2020 Standards for acceptance of construction quality of Steel Structure Engineering. It can test the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of the large hexagonal head high-strength bolts (M16,M20,M22,M24,M27,M30) and the pre-tightening force of the torsion shear type high-strength bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) (this test must be equipped with a special torsion shear wrench). The data will be displayed and printed. After the test starts, it is automatically loaded. When the axial force reaches the value specified in the standard, it is automatically unloaded, and the test data is automatically recorded. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the torque coefficient according to the detected axial force and torque and automatically displays it. After completion, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and variation coefficient of N specimens.
