1. The equipment is mainly composed of main frame, pendulum, pendulum device, transmission system, energy display device, impact system, sample recovery device, safety protection device, and electrical control system. Each part has the following advantages:

2. Main frame: The main frame and the base are integrally designed for casting, with high stability, good rigidity and no assembly errors. The column is symmetrical in the front and rear, and the pendulum shaft is supported by a simply supported beam. The structure is simple and reliable, the machining accuracy is high, the energy loss is small, and the pendulum swings are without trembling, which is more suitable for high-energy impact.

3. Pendulum: With circular pendulum design, wind resistance is minimized. The impact knife is installed by screw-fastening wedge-shaped block, which is convenient and simple to replace. The plug and pendulum rod have high rigidity to prevent the pendulum from shaking in the axial and radial directions after impacting the sample.

4. Hanging pendulum device: The pendulum hanging device adopts a buffer design, which avoids the impact and possible damage to it when hanging the pendulum, effectively reduces the noise when hanging the pendulum, prolongs the service life of the equipment and improves the safety. And the pre-lift angle of the pendulum remains unchanged for a long time.

5. Transmission system: The standard double-stage reducer is used to replace the complex transmission system of the old pendulum, with simple structure, convenient assembly and maintenance, long service life, low failure rate and maintenance-free. It addresses major failure points for older pendulums.

6. Energy display device: There are three energy display methods. One is a dial, the other is a touch screen display, and the computer software can also display the energy value. If it is a single dial type, it may happen that you forget to return the pointer to zero before the test and cause the sample to be invalid. If it is a single touch screen display method, when the encoder is wrong, it is impossible to judge the accuracy of its data. The three modes of the machine are displayed together, and the results can be compared with each other, which can completely and effectively eliminate possible problems.

7. Sample recovery device: a high-quality rubber belt driven by a rotating motor is used as a sample recovery device. The testing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective net. After the impact of the sample is completed, the broken sample will fall on the recovery belt. The recovery device will automatically operate after the impact is completed, and the waste sample will be taken out of the testing machine to prevent the test personnel from entering. The waste samples are recovered inside the testing machine, which not only improves the work efficiency, but also improves the safety of the testing personnel.

8. Safety protection device: The whole testing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective net, which can effectively prevent the broken sample from splashing, and can also prevent the test personnel from entering the inside of the testing machine during the test. The protective net is equipped with a door limit switch. When the protective door is opened, the test machine will be self-locked, and the main operation will be invalid, thereby preventing misoperation and ensuring the safety of the test personnel.

9. Electrical control system: The equipment adopts German Siemens PLC to design the control system. A high-precision rotary encoder is used to obtain the real-time position of the pendulum. Due to the strong anti-interference ability of PLC, the system has the characteristics of reliability, stability and accurate data. The control system integrates mechanical, electrical, and automatic control technologies, and realizes the fully automated process of taking pendulum, impacting, and collecting fractured samples, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators and improves work efficiency and operational safety.
