M10-M30 Wedge Load Test Fixture for High Strength Bolts

Introduction

The high-strength bolt test fixture is carefully designed and manufactured by our company according to the relevant Chinese standard GB/T3098.1-2000, using special materials. It can carry out bolt wedge load test and common tension test, bolt guaranteed minimum tension load test and nut guaranteed load test by combining in different ways. The fixture is clamped into the jaws of the universal testing machine by connecting the tie rod, so that various tensile tests can be carried out. The ordinary hydraulic universal testing machine does not need to add or change other devices.

Maximum tensile force of wedge load test: 696kN (M30-10.9s)

Bolt minimum tensile load test: 583kN (M30-10.9s)

Nut guaranteed load test: 583kN (M30-10.9)

Bolt guaranteed load test: 466kN (M30-10.9s)

Remarks: High-strength bolt test fixtures above M30 require special orders
