Computer-controlled High Strength Bolt Tester

Introduction

The computer-controlled high strength bolt tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of GB/T50205-2020 Standards for acceptance of construction quality of Steel Structure Engineering. It can test the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of the large hexagonal head high-strength bolts (M16,M20,M22,M24,M27,M30). The data will be displayed and printed. When the axial force reaches the value specified in the standard, the equipment will automatically stop, and can automatically reverse and loosen the sample. At the same time, according to the detected axial force and torque, the torque coefficient is automatically calculated and displayed automatically, and the axial force curve, torque curve, and torque coefficient curve can be displayed. When a set of tests is completed, the detector will automatically calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N specimens. The machine stores and can read and print at any time. If equipped with a special torsion-scissor wrench, the axial force detection of the scissor-type high-strength bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) after torsion fracture can also be performed (this accessory needs to be specially ordered.)

It has the function of parameter backup and recovery, automatic calibration. According to the detection requirements of high-strength bolts, it also provides functions such as peak hold monitoring and sensor overload protection prompts.
