Metal Material Relaxation Tester

Metal material tensile stress relaxation testing machine is mainly used for tensile stress relaxation mechanical properties testing of metal materials (such as steel rods and steel wires) at room temperature. The product meets the relevant requirements of the tensile stress relaxation test of steel at room temperature in GB/T 10120-2013 Metallic materials-Tensile stress relaxation-Method of test and ASTM E328-2013 Standard Test Methods for Stress Relaxation Tests for Materials and Structures.

The main engine has a horizontal structure, a reaction frame composed of a front rigid plate, a tail rigid plate and four uprights, and two U-shaped rigid plates are added in the middle. The structure has good rigidity and the test force coincides with the axis of the sample, thereby eliminating the phenomenon that the sample is bent and twisted. The power part is driven by the servo motor through the synchronous belt drive to drive the cycloidal pinwheel reducer and the precision rolling screw. The test force is stable and no noise. The high-precision spoke sensor is used to measure the force, with high accuracy, and accurate and reliable test structure. Main Specifications:
