The high-frequency fatigue testing machine is an electromagnetic excitation resonance fatigue testing equipment that uses the principle of mechanical resonance to test the fatigue fracture resistance of various metal materials and components.

Equipped with corresponding special fixtures, it can be used to test the fatigue life and fatigue limit of various materials and components (gears, bolts, chains, connecting rods, thin steel bars, etc.). It can complete symmetrical fatigue test, asymmetric fatigue test, one-way pulsation fatigue test, block spectrum fatigue test, modulation control fatigue test, etc.

Equipment structure:

1. High rigidity: The main engine adopts a heavy-duty frame structure design without gaps to ensure high rigidity and small deformation, and the error of repeated test results is small.

2. Intelligent air-gap structure: The first domestically-adopted intelligent air-gap structure eliminates the need for manual voltage shifting, making it easier to start vibration and more convenient to use.

3. Large space: The upper-mounted vibration-starting structure design makes the test space larger and the sample clamping more convenient.

4. Coaxiality: Excellent alignment and coaxiality ensure minimal lateral force under load.

6. Digital intelligent control: full digital pulse width modulator template, fully isolated IGBT switch-type amplifying unit, and intelligent force measuring amplifier template.

7. Closed-loop control: The average load control system adopts AC servo electromechanical servo system closed-loop control. Alternating load closed-loop control, automatic compensation. There are two control methods: conventional fatigue test (axial tension and compression symmetry, asymmetry and single pulsation test) and program-controlled loading test.

8. Operation mode: The operation and setting are realized by the virtual panel generated by the system software. All controls are managed and controlled directly by the computer.

9. GPS system software with full-featured intelligent operation

10. Timing storage: automatic timing to complete the storage of test data, data processing, curve drawing (frequency-time curve, load-time curve).

11. Real-time display: experimental waveform, current value, pulse value, average load value, peak alternating load, resonance frequency, cycle fatigue times and other measured parameters. It can carry out routine fatigue test, program-controlled loading test, fast spectrum test, and alternating load envelope function test (waveform given sine wave, triangle wave, square wave).

12. Various parameter settings: it can be given by the average load value, the peak value of the alternating load, or by the maximum load value, the stress ratio method, and the maximum and minimum load value methods, and different force value units are allowed.
