The LYGW-40 Vertical Hydraulic Bending Testing Machine adopts a combination of hydraulic loading and a controller system. The equipment is equipped with one vertical main cylinder for downward pressure and two horizontal auxiliary cylinders. These three hydraulic cylinders work in perfect coordination to perform bending tests on rebar and steel plates. Its superior performance is especially evident during 180-degree bending tests.

This machine is mainly used for bending tests on metallic materials such as rebars, steel plates, or round steel bars. It consists of four main components: the test frame, oil source (hydraulic power unit), measurement and control system, and testing accessories.

The LYGW-40 meets the requirements specified in GB/T 232-99 for metallic material bending tests. The bending span is adjustable via the stroke of the two horizontal cylinders, making the machine very convenient to operate. It is suitable for metallurgical construction quality inspection departments, manufacturers for testing steel plates and rebars, and also for evaluating the bending performance of construction materials and welded rebar joints.

This machine is widely used in metallurgical enterprises, research institutions, quality inspection agencies, construction projects, railway and transportation departments, universities, and the non-ferrous metal industry for material bending performance testing and research.
