Product introduction:
Portable Leeb hardness tester leeb140 is a multi-functional hardness measuring instrument with built-in printer and tolerance setting. It has a built-in high-speed thermal printer, which supports on-site instant printing, impartiality of measurement results, and data storage and traceability. The machine uses all Chinese display, menu-based operation, simple and convenient operation. It can directly display various hardness values such as Richter, Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shore, etc. Small and portable, the instrument is suitable for harsh operating environments and is resistant to vibration, shock and electromagnetic interference.
Features:
1. According to the Leeb hardness measurement principle, it is mainly used for Rockwell and Brinell, also known as portable Rockwell hardness tester, and the Rockwell measurement interface is displayed when it is turned on.
2. It is calibrated using Rockwell hardness test blocks.
3. Equipped with D-type impact device, the user’s subsequent test block consumables cost can be saved by 90%
4. Mutual conversion between hardness and tensile strength;
5. It can display measurement value, average value, date, impact direction, test times, test material, hardness scale and other information;
6. One host can be equipped with 7 different impact devices, which can be automatically recognized without calibration when replacing;

2. For hardness testing of heat treatment such as annealing, tempering, quenching, etc. If there is a hardened layer when selecting a model, you need to pay attention to the thickness of the hardened layer. If the hardened layer is thin, you need to choose a C-type impact device.
3. Pay attention to the bearing diameter when testing the hardness of the bearing. If the diameter is too small, you need to choose a special-shaped support ring.
4. If the gear is too small during the gear hardness test, a DL impact device needs to be selected.
5. When testing castings, if it is difficult to handle the surface finish, it is necessary to choose a G-type impact device.
