NDT Series Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine

This drop weight impact testing machine is mainly used to measure the nil-ductility transition temperature (ndt) of ferritic steel (including sheet, section, cast steel and forged steel). The noplastic transition temperature characterizes the high temperature at which brittle fracture occurs in steels containing small cracks under dynamically loaded yield stress. The impact testing machine integrates mechanical, electrical and automatic control technologies, and realizes the fully automated process of feeding, lifting the hammer, impacting, sampling, and grasping the hammer. The drop hammer impact testing machine is equipped with multiple protection measures, which greatly improves the safety of operators and equipment.
