This series of testing machines is the special testing equipment designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the requirements of Chinese standards for fatigue life testing and static testing of parts and components. It is widely used in tensile and compressive fatigue performance testing of metal and non-metallic material samples such as various chains, pipe welding parts, connectors, parts, etc. It is matched with a static testing system and can perform static testing. The whole cycle test process of the sample is automatically completed by the computer control, and the test report can be printed out. The user can adjust the test program according to actual needs during use, and the operation is extremely convenient. It can replace imported products of the same type, and is the first choice for manufacturers and users in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, machinery manufacturing, aerospace, quality inspection institutions, etc.

III. Equipment composition:

1. Floor-to-ceiling movable loading platform

Two-column door type design, the upper beam cross structure, manual locking, four anti-vibration foot cups are installed at the lower end, and the large-diameter column structure has high strength.

2. Servo actuating cylinder, driving device (single channel):

The effective stroke of the actuator is ±10mm, it comes with a high-precision digital displacement sensor, and a buffer zone is designed at the limit position of the actuator amplitude to avoid damage caused by running out of control.

The actuation system adopts the anti-backlash device, the force value is automatically centered, the lateral force is reduced, the impact during the high-frequency tensile test is reduced, and the test waveform is effectively improved.

3. Data acquisition control system:

It consists of a single-channel all-digital dynamic and static servo controller, computer, software and accessories, etc.

4. High-precision load sensor

Using high-precision load sensor, overload capacity of 120%. On the front end of the actuating piston, with self-locking nut. The sensor is calibrated before leaving the factory.

 

IV. Equipment function:

Fatigue performance testing of material samples:

(1) Fatigue control method 1: fixed deformation fatigue test, force-time curve, deformation amplitude-time curve, sine wave curve

(2) Fatigue control method 2: fatigue test with constant force value, with deformation-time curve, force value amplitude-time curve, and sine wave curve

(3) Fatigue control mode 3: programming control mode, self-defining test steps according to actual needs, T-wave test can be carried out

(4) The software supports 20Hz test frequency, and the actual frequency changes according to the deformation of the sample. In general, when the deformation is large, the frequency will be reduced!

(5) The acquisition frequency supports 20kHz real-time acquisition.

(5) Judge whether the material sample is qualified or not by detecting the number of times of use of the material sample or the degree of attenuation of the force value.

(6) During the test, if the sample is damaged or the force value decays to the set value, the machine can automatically stop.

Static performance testing of material samples:

(1) Automatic display: During the test process, the test force, peak value and test status are displayed in real time;

(2) Automatic correspondence: automatic correspondence of displacement and force value during the experiment;

(3) Automatic operation: input test parameters, the test process can be completed automatically;

(4) Automatic reset: after the test is completed, it can automatically return to the initial position;

(5) Automatic calculation: After the test is completed, the tensile (compressive) strength, elongation, etc. can be automatically calculated;

(6) Automatic storage: experimental data and curves are automatically stored in the computer;

(7) Convenient query: Click the query button to query the multiple sets of experimental data that have been done;

(11) Dynamic curve: the dynamic curve can be displayed during the test;

(12) Breaking judgment: after the sample is broken, it can choose to automatically return to the initial position;

(13) Condition storage: The test control data and sample conditions can be made into modules, which facilitates the batch test

(14) Automatic speed change: the speed can be automatically changed according to the preset program during the test

(15) Process realization: the test process, measurement, display and analysis are all completed by the microcomputer;
