Basic structure

1. Host system:

It is composed of a circular slide column, a gantry frame, a base, a buffer device, a support, a jaw, a drop hammer lifting mechanism, a hanging hammer mechanism, and a safety protection device.

(1) The rack is composed of a base, a top plate, a square column, a circular sliding column, a chain, and a pulley. The drop hammer mechanism and the hanging hammer mechanism slide up and down along its sliding column.

(2) Support jaw: the support for supporting the sample, the jaw and its adjustment plate are installed on the base in the middle of the spool.

(3) Buffer device: installed on the outside of the two sliding columns on the base, it is used to absorb the residual energy after the drop hammer breaks the sample. 20#~40# mechanical oil can be added when the oil volume of the buffer cylinder is insufficient.

(4) Drop hammer: It consists of hammer body, impact hammer blade, counterweight weight, hook and so on. The drop weight can be increased or decreased depending on the thickness of the specimen. Adding or subtracting counterweights must be done in pairs. (When adding or removing weights, the rear panel of the drop weight must be removed. First, use the pin puller to remove the taper pin and then remove the screw. Finally, remove the rear panel and restore the original state after the weight is applied.)

(5) Hanging and removing hammer mechanism: it is composed of moving beam, hook electromagnet, etc. The mechanism rises or falls along the spool to complete the lifting of the hammer and the release of the hammer body. The force to release the drop weight is provided by the electromagnet. The upper ends of the two sliding sleeves are equipped with linoleum, which is used for lubricating oil. On the basis of keeping the sliding column clean, oil it once a week.

(6) Lifting mechanism of the drop hammer: This part is installed on the right side of the main frame, and is connected with the hanging hammer mechanism through the gear motor, the chain drum, the short chain and the pulley on the top of the frame. Through the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, the hanging hammer mechanism is raised or lowered to complete the hammer carrying operation or the hooking/decoupling action of the hammer body. This part is equipped with a photoelectric encoder to control the lifting height of the drop weight.

(7) Safety protection device: This testing machine has two safety protection measures.

a. Safety safety pin mechanism: It is installed on the two square columns in front of the main frame. When the operator maintains the jaws of the support, he should lift the drop hammer to the specified height, and push the two safety pins with both hands until it is pushed to the bottom. At this time, the entire testing machine is powered off, and the bottom surface of the drop weight is slightly higher than the safety pin, which protects the personal safety of the staff below. When the debugging and maintenance work is over, pull the two safety pins back to the initial position (note: must be pulled to the initial position, otherwise the drop weight will hit the safety pin when rising or falling), and the testing machine is powered on at this time.

b. Safety protection mesh frame: Half of the protection mesh frame is fixed on the base of the main frame, and the other half is a movable part, which can be opened or closed at any time, and the testing machine is powered off when it is opened. The function of the protective mesh frame is to prevent the broken sample from flying out and damage the staff, and to prevent non-workers from entering the drop weight operating space to cause accidents.

2. Feeding mechanism and positioning mechanism:

After the sample is taken out from the cryogenic device, it is placed on the feeding mechanism and accurately sent to the jaws of the support, which is completed by this mechanism. The feeding mechanism adopts the method of positioning the sample gap to ensure that the center line of the sample gap is consistent with the center line of the impact hammer blade.
