Rock three-axis testing machine, using advanced digital measurement and control technology and electro-hydraulic servo system, combined with the computer system, precisely and perfectly realizes the test process of the three control modes (force, deformation, displacement), and can be each other without impact smooth conversion microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo rock three-axis testing machine, used for uniaxial compression deformation test of rock specimens. It measures the uniaxial compressive strength, modulus of elasticity, modulus of deformation (cut line modulus), Poisson's ratio, softening coefficient and other mechanical properties of rocks. In addition to uniaxial compression and deformation tests, the triaxial rock testing machine is mainly used for conventional (isobaric) triaxial compression tests.

This equipment is an advanced test equipment in the field of rock mechanics to study the mechanical properties and shear characteristics of rocks under various environments. The control system of the tester adopts the EDC full digital servo controller from DOLI, Germany. This controller has multiple measurement channels, any one of which can be closed-loop control, and can be shock-free switching of the control channel during the test. The controller is easy to operate, fault-tolerant, accurate measurement, full protection, and high control accuracy. This controller can work alone or be controlled by a computer to work.

 

Equipment composition:

1.Axial loading system: including host, force sensor, axial deformation sensor, radial deformation sensor, displacement sensor, EDC controller, servo hydraulic source.

2.Lateral loading system: including three-axis pressure chamber, pressure sensor, EDC controller, booster, liquid-filled oil source, air pump.

3.Pore water pressure system: including pressurized cylinder, Japan Panasonic AC speed control system, EDC measuring controller

4. Transverse shear system: including loading frame, servo oil cylinder, force sensor, displacement sensor, etc. Transverse shear system and three-axis pressure chamber share a EDC controller.

5.Computer operating system: including the brand microcomputer (P Ⅳ / 3.2G or more), printer.
