Product description:

MGW-12000 computer-controlled static load anchor testing machine adopts computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo loading and manual hydraulic loading. The main body and the control cabinet are designed separately. It has the characteristics of convenient operation, stable and reliable work, high test accuracy and stable afterburning. It is used for special steel strand and static load anchor strength test. The force measurement adopts a load cell (12000kN), which is controlled and displayed by a computer. The electro-hydraulic servo control has high precision.

This equipment is mainly used for the static load anchoring and low cycle load performance test of steel strand anchors. The closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo valve is used to realize the test process control of constant velocity loading and load retention to ensure stable and reliable loading rate.

Functions:

The equipment is automatically controlled by a computer and automatically collects, stores and processes test data. The computer screen displays the test curve, detection value and displacement change in real time. It automatically calculates the shrinkage and prints the test curve and test data.

②It can automatically obtain the mechanical performance index and print out the complete test report;

④The test system software has passed the China National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Iron and Steel;

⑤ Testable sample specifications: Φ21.8; Φ17.8; Φ15.24mm (nominal diameter) single or multiple steel strands. It can detect the anchoring performance of single-hole and porous static-load anchor cables for anchoring Φ21.8; Φ17.8; Φ15.24mm steel strand.

It is made according to the related requirements of the standard anchor ,grip and coupler for prestressing tendons (GB/T 14370-2015); Test methods and inspection rules of prestressing strand anchor and coupler for highway bridge (JT329.2-1997 ).
