Manual High-strength Bolt Intelligent Detector

Introduction

The manual type detector is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of GB/T50205-2020 Standards for acceptance of construction quality of Steel Structure Engineering. It can test the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of the large hexagonal head high-strength bolts (M16,M20,M22,M24,M27,M30) and the pre-tightening force of the torsion shear type high-strength bolt connection pair (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) (this test must be equipped with a special torsion shear wrench). The data will be displayed and printed. When the axial force reaches the value specified in the standard, the detector will beep and record the test data. At the same time, the detector will automatically calculate the torque coefficient according to the detected axial force and torque and display it automatically; when a set of tests is completed, the detector will automatically calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of N specimens. Loading method is manual loading.

It has the function of parameter backup and recovery, automatic calibration, and also sets up monitoring of peak hold according to the detection requirements of high-strength bolts. In order to facilitate the user to connect with the computer, the RS232 interface is set up; the data can be transmitted to the computer, and after further processing, the report can be printed (this function requires special order).
