Equipment introduction:

The equipment adopts electro-hydraulic servo structure and control to complete the fatigue test of the steel strand anchorage, which can realize sine wave, square wave, sawtooth wave and other waveform loading, and the waveform is perfect. At the same time, other fatigue tests can be performed by replacing the fixture, such as: fastener fatigue test, rail bending fatigue test, component bending fatigue test, etc. Due to the electro-hydraulic servo loading method, its frequency can be accelerated, so that the test time can be greatly shortened.

The host adopts a four-column high-rigidity structure design, which consists of a host frame, an actuator, a spoke-type load sensor, a displacement sensor, and a fixture. The upper beam is hydraulically driven to move up and down to adjust the test space. The actuator is placed on the upper beam, and a special fatigue load sensor is installed on the piston head of the actuator. Different types of fatigue fixtures can be configured to adapt to different types of fatigue tests. The upper beam adopts hydraulic lifting, the beam adopts hydraulic clamping device, and the whole frame adopts the design method of no gap connection.
