Product Description:
HCNJ-102 static torque sensor is suitable for detection of static or rotating angle less than 360 degrees of torque. It is mainly applied to torque wrench, steering machine, electric actuator, valve, bearing, torsion tester and other torque detection occasions where the rotation angle is less than 360 degrees.
Technical parameters:
1、Measurement range ：0～±1N.m-±500KN.m can be arbitrarily selected
2、Power supply：5～15VDC (standard 10V DC), suitable for mv signal output; 15～36VDC (standard 24V DC), suitable for 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V or ±5V signal output
3、Output signal ≈2.0mv/v
4、Accuracy ±0.5%FS, ±0.25%FS, ±0.1%FS three kinds of accuracy can be selected
5、Insulation resistance: ≥ 200Ω (100V DC)
6、Ambient temperature :-20～60℃
7、Relative temperature：0～90% RH
8、Overload capacity: 150%FS
9、Frequency response : 1ms
10、Connection form: key connection, single flange connection, double flange connection, spline connection (all can be customized)
