The internal pressure test device for concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes is developed in accordance with the provisions of the national standards Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes (GB/T 11836-99) and Test Methods for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes (GB/T 16752-2010). It is of horizontal structure and is mainly applicable to the internal pressure test of concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes.

 

1. The two blocking plates are of the separated trolley type, which is convenient for testing drainage pipes of different lengths (≤ 3m).

2. The drainage pipe support adopts mechanical lifting, which is convenient for testing drainage pipes with different diameters.

3. Pressurized electric water pump saves time and labor, and pressurizes steadily.

4. The pressurizing speed can be adjusted to meet the requirements of the national standard.

5. The pressure value is directly displayed in MPa.

6. The electric contact pressure gauge is used to ensure the stability and safety of water pressure during the test, maintain the pressure, and automatically stop and maintain the pressure.

7. The high rigid frame design reduces the interference factors to the test results.

8. The sealing pressure at both ends of the test piece is applied by hydraulic cylinder, which is stable and has excellent sealing performance.

9. The hydraulic oil source is displayed by a hydraulic gauge, which can be maintained when the maximum sealing force is reached, and is intuitive and controllable.
