4.Performance Description

◆The main frame and base are both made of cast structure, with high overall rigidity and stability. The energy absorbed by the body is small, and the measurement results are closer to the actual absorbed work of the sample.

◆The main machine adopts high-rigidity design, and each force-bearing component has been analyzed and designed by finite element, and has been precision processed and tested;

◆The machining center processes the front and rear bearing holes and anvil mounting positions at one time to ensure that the front and rear bearing holes are symmetrical and the distance from the balance axis axis to the striking point is accurate;

◆The pendulum main shaft is supported by front and rear double bearings, with reasonable load distribution, which reduces the lateral vibration of the pendulum during impact;

◆The forces on the front and rear bearings of the balance shaft are balanced, which reduces friction and reduces impact damage to the bearings;

◆Imported high-precision bearings with low friction, impact resistance and long life;

◆The swing rod is a thick-walled seamless tube with high stiffness and no deformation, which reduces energy absorption;

◆Operation control is carried out through the PLC system, which automatically controls the entire test process of raising the pendulum, hanging the pendulum, impacting, and placing the pendulum. The operation is reliable and the electrical failure rate is greatly reduced;

◆The pendulum is controlled by PLC at a preset angle, with accurate positioning and never changes, ensuring constant initial impact energy;

◆The pendulum hanging device adopts a buffer mechanism, and the hanging pendulum is stable and vibration-free, avoiding impact and damage to the hanging pendulum mechanism;

◆The electric drive gets rid of the impact cleanly, ensuring that the initial impact energy and initial speed are not affected;

◆After the impact is completed, the remaining energy is used to automatically hang the pendulum again to prepare for the next impact and improve work efficiency;

5. Operation control system and measurement display system

(1) Operation control system:

The operation is controlled by Siemens PLC, and the hammer is lifted through a two-stage reducer and electromagnetic clutch. During the test, first click to take out the pendulum through the microcomputer interface or touch screen. The PLC instructs the clutch to engage and the reduction motor to start, driving the pendulum to rotate counterclockwise and rise. When it reaches the predetermined angle, the PLC instructs the motor to stop, the clutch to disengage, and the pendulum to hang up. The pendulum device catches the pendulum hook, and the safety pin automatically extends, ready for impact. When the sample is placed, click the unpin first to retract the safety pin, and then click the impact. The traction electromagnet quickly pushes the hook to disengage, and the pendulum falls freely clockwise to impact the sample.

After the sample is broken, when the pendulum uses the remaining energy to return to the highest point in the forward direction, the PLC instructs the electromagnetic clutch to engage and the motor to start, and then drives the pendulum up counterclockwise. When it reaches the predetermined angle, the PLC instructs the motor to stop and the clutch to disengage. , the pendulum hanging device hangs the pendulum hook, and the safety pin automatically extends, which completes one impact cycle and is ready for the next impact. After the sample impact is completed, the broken sample falls on the recovery belt, and the qualified or unqualified samples are transported to different recovery devices according to the preset criteria.

The system has strong anti-interference ability, stable operation, safe and reliable.​
