Hydraulic Impact Notch Broaching Machine

This series of broaching machines is specially designed for precise processing of V-shaped and U-shaped notches of impact samples, and the sample processing process is fully automatic.

The broaching machine has the characteristics of simple operation, fast and efficient, one-time forming and unified notch standard, and fully meets the Chinese and international standards such as ASTM E23-07a Standard Test Methods for Notched Bar Impact Testing of Metallic Materials, GB/T229-2007, ISO148 and so on. It has double-knife and double-station, so two standard sample gaps can be successfully drawn at one time. It is driven by oil pump hydraulic cylinder.

V-shaped or U-shaped broaches can be configured according to user requirements. The broaches are manufactured with special materials and special processes, with high hardness, good wear resistance and long service life. Broach is with long-term supply.
