KWDW-150/200 Steel Tube Scaffold Couplers Testing Machine
The testing machine consists of four columns and two precision ball screws to fix the upper beam and the working table. AC servo motor and driver are used to drive two pairs of high-precision, gap-free precision screws to move the middle beam up and down through the synchronous toothed belt. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high rigidity, stable loading and good stability.

Main Specifications:
1. The force measuring sensor is a spoke type tension and pressure sensor with an accuracy of 0.5%FS. The relative accuracy of the system force measurement accuracy is as high as ±1% within the range of 2% to 100%FS.
2. Digital dial indicator, the relative accuracy of systematically measuring deformation is up to ±0.5% within the range of 2%-100%FS.
3. The built-in displacement sensor adopts 2000 track/circle photoelectric encoder, and adopts 4x technology to achieve 2400 track/circle resolution (resolution up to 0.01mm).
4. Test machine measurement and control system, main indicators:
(1) 3 analog input channels, used for force value and electronic extensometer measurement, the number of AD conversion codes is ±120,000 (the non-bin measurement realized by high-resolution AD converter is better than 4-speed amplification).
(2) A digital output channel with a speed control ratio of 1:100 is used to control the servo system for stepless speed regulation within the range of 2 to 200mm/min.
(3) Three photoelectric coding input channels are used to measure large deformation and displacement, and the quadrupling technology is adopted to improve the measurement resolution.
(4) A manual operation box with 8 buttons.
