Precautions for tensile testing machine

1、 When the tensile testing machine is loaded, the pointer vibrates or stops
1. Worn clutch gear: repair or replacement required.
2. The leather washer or spring of the friction plate is worn: the leather washer or spring needs to be replaced.
3. Shifting of control handle: adjust the control handle to make it fit with the alveolar.
2、 The pointer does not return to zero when replacing the weight
1. The tension testing machine is not installed horizontally: adjust the testing machine horizontally with a level gauge.
2. The pendulum is not vertical: only A mound is hung. Adjust the balance weight to make it vertical.
3、 The pendulum of the tensile testing machine returns too fast or too slowly
1. Improper position of buffer valve: adjust the buffer valve to the proper position.
2. The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low or too high: when the viscosity of hydraulic oil is too low, the pendulum will fall back quickly, and when the viscosity is high, it will fall back slowly. The hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity should be replaced.
3. There is dirt in the buffer valve, oil pipe or hydraulic oil: clean the buffer valve and oil pipe. Replace the hydraulic oil.
4、 The pointer of the tensile testing machine is sluggish or unstable when returning to zero
1. The pointer bearing and main shaft bearing are rusted or greasy: clean or replace the bearing.
2. Tooth bar is deformed or does not mesh with the gear: straighten the tooth bar or clean and repair the gear, sheave and other transmission parts.
3. There is dirt in the buffer valve: clean the buffer valve.
5、 Positive deviation of indication value of tensile testing machine
1. The short arm blade is loose: tighten the blade firmly.
2. The weight of the weight is too light: balance the weight of the weight (taking into account the weight of weights A, B and C).
6、 The main reason for the negative deviation of indication value is that the friction resistance between components is too large
1. Excessive friction resistance of pointer bearing, pendulum shaft bearing and force-measuring transmission parts: mainly adjust and clean bearing and force-measuring transmission parts to eliminate abnormal friction resistance.
2. The tightness of the upper collet and the driven needle spring piece and the friction resistance of the drawing device are large: adjust the tightness of the upper collet and the driven needle spring piece and the drawing device components to eliminate the abnormal friction resistance.
3. The connecting part of piston rod and swing rod is not flexible: adjust the connecting part of both. Make it flexible.
7、 The driven needle is blocked or displaced
1. Influence caused by the force of the driven needle spring plate or the friction resistance between the driven needle and the indicator plate: adjust the force of the driven needle spring plate or the clearance between the driven needle and the indicator plate.
2. There is deviation in the weight at both ends of the driven needle: adjust the weight at both ends to make it balanced.
8、 Irregular deviation of indication
1. There is oil stain, wear or burr on the gear rod and gear: remove the oil stain and burr on the gear rod and gear, find out the contact point of the gear rod in case of out-of-tolerance, and then correct the gear rod and gear; If the error cannot be eliminated, replace the gear rod and gear.
2. The installation of tensile testing machine is not level: adjust the level.
3. Tooth bar bending: straighten or replace the tooth bar, and adjust the clearance of the rolling sheave.
9、 After the computer software is online, a prompt box will appear to display overload
The solution is to check whether the communication line between the computer and the testing machine falls off; Check whether the online selection sensor is selected correctly; Check the latest test or operation key
Check whether the sensor has been hit; Check whether the calibration or calibration function of the software is used before the problem occurs; Check whether the calibration value, calibration value or other information in the hardware parameters have been changed manually.
10、 The main power supply of the testing machine does not light up and cannot move up and down
The solution is to check whether the power line connected to the testing machine is normal; Check whether the emergency stop switch is turned on; Check whether the power supply voltage connected to the testing machine is normal; Check whether the fuse on the socket of the machine is burnt out. Please take out the spare fuse and install it.
11、 The main power supply of the testing machine is powered, but the equipment cannot move up or down
The solution is to check whether the device cannot be moved after 15S (time), because the host needs self-inspection after power-on, which takes about 15S; Check whether the upper and lower limits are in the proper position and have a certain operating space; Check whether the power supply voltage connected to the testing machine is normal
