In the use of pressure testing machine, often use this problem. There will be more problems when the service life is too long, so we need not only to maintain and maintain the test machine, but also to know some maintenance knowledge. Handle failures in a timely manner to avoid delays in our testing of the product. We have been developing test machines for years and have summarized some of the frequent failures. Pressure Testing Machine: 1. There are always cracks on both sides of the specimen during tensile tests. 2. Testing machine scale swing inspection, often unstable. 3. The hammer returned abnormally fast and slowly. The passive needle does not stop well in any position and does not coincide with the main needle. 4. When the load increases, the oil system serious leakage or pipeline rupture. 5. After the sample is broken, the pendulum will quickly return to the original impact position, which has an effect on the test-bed. In fact, there are many ways to solve the problem. Everyone has different remedies based on their machine experience. Some are simple and complex, but the effect is to get the machine in top condition. Below we present some of our maintenance experience in testing. When both sides of the specimen are broken, this means that the specimen can not be placed on the test bench properly. At this point, we use pliers to adjust the test piece to the center of the test bench. The scale is not accurate. If some parts of the machine are loose or too tight, you can adjust the relevant parts. If the test is repeated many times, check whether the oil system connector is tightened. If the washer needs to be replaced, it must be done in a timely manner. Replacement. If the pipe breaks, check the oil system to see if the joints are tightened. If you need to replace the washer, please replace it in time. Tightening the pendulum can solve the problem of the influence on the test-bed caused by too fast return.
