At present, the Xichang Satellite Launch Center is facing high temperatures and rainy weather conditions. The Test team has paid close attention to the rain and water-proofing work of the whole arrow and continued to identify the weak links in the rocket's rain protection, and through the design improvement and environmental conditions to further improve the rocket waterproof ability to ensure the successful completion of the mission. The remote sensing satellite thirty-nine was developed by the fifth and eighth academies of the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. At the beginning of the development, the R & D Team of the eight institutes constructed four mission units: Assembly development, launch site, flight control and in-orbit test. In the final assembly stage, 6 modules are subdivided according to structure, solar array, load and so on. Each module is developed in parallel. Launch Site Mission, the development team to improve efficiency, the overall assembly linkage, complementary and mutual assistance, within 1 week to complete the launch site technical area work. After finishing the work in the technical area, except some people stay in the field to ensure the launching mission, the other researchers return to Shanghai immediately to participate in the follow-up development mission. The satellite development team takes“Reducing design verification tests and optimizing process verification tests” as the guiding principle to promote technological innovation and optimize the development process. Through the whole process of assembly, the research team realized the transformation of force and heat in one step, and shortened the period of satellite mechanical test by using double vibrating table. At the same time, gradually optimize the mechanical test before and after the quality characteristics test, precision measurement and other items. The satellite development team has set up a full-time test team, to achieve a person multi-post, remote monitoring and interpretation, to achieve 3 to 5 people to complete a satellite platform test tasks. Through the full-time testing team, on the one hand, designers will be freed from the task of testing; on the other hand, training a strong professional testing ability of the full-time testing team
