Routine maintenance of fatigue testing machine

1. Regularly replace the filter element of the oil circuit, clean the deteriorated oil, prevent dirt from entering the servo valve, effectively prevent the occurrence of faults, and extend the operation time of the servo valve.

2. Replace the hydraulic oil regularly and strengthen the management of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil will be oxidized and coking during long-term operation, and the pump in the hydraulic system. The wear of valves and oil cylinders will produce some metal chips, which will reduce the quality of hydraulic oil and cause failure.

3. Replace the servo valve regularly, clean and replace the torque motor and pilot valve regularly to prevent pollution and prevent failure. The assembly and disassembly of servo valve should be carried out in a clean environment as possible. During the operation, the electrical signal received from the servo valve should be removed first, then the pressure of the hydraulic system should be removed, and then the servo valve should be removed. Clean all parts in clean and compatible commercial solvent, and the parts can be dried in the air or blown dry with clean and dry air with a soft air pipe. The cleaned servo valve can be used as spare parts in turn to reduce costs.

4. Regularly replace the sealing ring, regularly check whether there is oil leakage at the main engine and oil source, and timely replace the sealing ring or combination gasket if any.

5. Replace the filter element regularly, and replace the oil suction filter and filter element regularly according to the use of the machine and the service life of the oil.
